JustGiving API Support Hub

As part of our ongoing investment in our API capabilities and partner experience, JustGiving will be migrating our API to Blackbaud SKY API, Blackbaud's strategic integration platform.

This transition has been accelerated following recent notification from our current API management provider, 3scale, that its platform will reach end of life on 30 June 2027. While a move to SKY API was already part of our longer-term roadmap, the 3scale announcement has brought forward our plans.

Guidance is now available, including what this means for charities, CRM and integration providers, and developers.

What is Changing?

The platform currently used to manage access to JustGiving APIs is being retired. To keep integrations working beyond 30 June 2027, JustGiving is moving to Blackbaud SKY API.

This is a planned migration and details are now available.

Choose the guidance that fits you

For charities

Use this guide if your organisation receives JustGiving data through a CRM, stewardship platform, reporting tool, or another third-party system.

Most charities won't need to do anything. If changes are required, your provider and JustGiving will work with you every step of the way.

For CRM and integration providers

Use this if you build or manage software that connects to the JustGiving API on behalf of charities.

Technical migration guidance, onboarding steps and timelines are now available.

For developers

Use this if you build websites, apps or services that connect directly to JustGiving APIs.

This includes integrations that display campaign totals, leaderboards, fundraising page search, donation data or other JustGiving information.

Not sure which category applies to you?

Most organisations should start with our charity guidance.
